processing time- our current processing time is 5-7 business days. we are having more of a stricter schedule so packages will usually go out on tuesdays or thursdays. you may get lucky and your order will ship the same day or the day after, but it could take up to 7 business days.
shipping- all items are shipped through usps. we use priority mail for all packages except for the occasional one 4oz candle. prices reflect the commercial shipping prices we pay plus a small handling fee for packing materials. all shipping prices are non-negotiable. if you package is returned to me as undeliverable, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs, so make sure your address is correct!
international orders- we are not responsible for extra custom charges. make sure you know your country’s custom policies.
refunds & exchanges- if you are unhappy with your order for ANY reason, please reach out to us before leaving a review. we will be more than happy to fix the situation. if you do not like the smell of a candle, we will happily exchange it for another one if it has not been lit, although you will be responsible for the shipping. if any part of your order comes damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement, but we require a photo of the damaged item so we can submit a claim. unfortunately because of the time and effort that goes into custom candles, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on those products.
bulk orders- for bulk orders or subscription boxes, please email us about your inquiry! we will respond as soon as possible.
candle burning- all of our candles are made to order. for optimal scent throw, wait 3-5 days before burning.
